Accepting a team invite

Team admins send invite links so you can join their CutBench organisation without creating a new shop.

Who can do this​

Anyone with a valid invite link (office member, fitter, or templater — staff or freelance).

Steps​

  1. Open the invite link from your email.
  2. If you are not signed in, choose Sign in (existing account) or Register (new account).
  3. Review the organisation name and accept the invite.
  4. You are redirected to that organisation's dashboard or portal.

tip

Freelance templater and fitter invites may route you to the Templater portal or Fitter portal instead of the full shop dashboard. Staff templaters and fitters use a restricted shop dashboard with jobs the office assigns.
