Notification types
CutBench sends notifications for many events. You can toggle each type in your settings.
Common notification types
| Type | When it fires |
|---|---|
| Mentions | Someone @mentions you on a job |
| Comments | New comment on a followed job |
| Assignments | You are assigned as templater or fitter |
| Issue assignments | An issue / red flag on a job is assigned to you |
| Templater offers | New job available to claim |
| Calendar reminders | Upcoming templating or fit |
| Automation alerts | Rule conditions met (overdue, stale status, etc.) |
| Overdue invoices | Invoice past due date |
| Team invites | Invite accepted or pending |
Delivery channels: in-app, email, and push (mobile).
Email alerts
Email alerts bring time-sensitive problems to the right person even when they are not in CutBench. Each email explains what needs attention and includes a direct link to the relevant job.
