Printing slab labels
Print branded PDF labels from Stock so the yard and showroom can identify a slab without opening CutBench.
Who can do this
Users with access to the Jobs area (stock uses the same permission).
Formats
Choose one or more formats when you print. Each format downloads as its own PDF, named with the shop code (for example NM-024-yard-sheet.pdf).
| Format | What you get |
|---|---|
| Yard sheet (A5 on A4) | Compact sheet with QR, photo, sizes, and location. Printed on A4 with cut marks for A5 (148 × 210 mm). |
| Sample card (100 × 200 mm on A4) | Two-sided card with photo on the front and details/QR on the back. Print double-sided, flip on the long edge, then cut on the marks. |
| Side wrap | Narrow edge wrap: 20 mm wide, length = 100 mm face + the slab’s thickness. Needs thickness set on each slab. Cut on the marks and fold at the EDGE line. |

Steps
- Open Stock, open an item’s Slabs list, and select one or more slabs.
- Click Print labels.
- Tick the formats you need. CutBench remembers your last choice on this device.
- Download — one PDF per format.
- Print on A4. For sample cards, use duplex and flip on the long edge. Cut on the printed marks when you want a smaller piece.
Side wrap will fail with a clear message if any selected slab is missing thickness.
