Common issues
Access denied or missing menu item
Your admin may have disabled a permission area for your account. Ask an org admin to check Settings → Members.
MFA grace period expired
If your org requires MFA, set up an authenticator app under Settings → Security before the grace period ends.
Cannot see a job
Staff fitters and staff templaters only see assigned jobs. Freelance templaters and fitters see claimed or assigned jobs in their portal. Office staff need Jobs permission.
Invite link expired
Ask your admin to resend the invite from Settings → Members, Templaters, or Fitters.
Wrong organisation after sign-in
Use the org switcher in the sidebar to select the correct workspace.
